Shotokan Karate
at the University of Louisiana at
Lafayette is a club sport and a student organization, under the auspices of
the
All South Karate Federation
and the
Japan Karate Association.

We offer
beginning, intermediate, and advanced
training to UL students, faculty, and staff. You are welcome to look at
our club photos, events, and schedules, and links to other university shotokan
clubs. For more information on joining the UL Karate Club, send

News & Events
Spring 2008
March 12:
Mohamed and Holly have just received their 1st degree and second degree
black belt certificates, respectively, from Japan. Mohamed is now
officially one of the club's student instructors!

March 1: We announce the addition of our newest
members Christine, Kayla, Greg, Scott, Leila, and Tim.
New additional training locations and times:
Tuesdays and Thursdays 05:30PM to 6:30PM
Racquet Ball Court#7 in Bourgeois Hall

New student officers have been elected to be part of the club's
Executive Committee!
