The Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) lab at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette supports multidisciplinary research and development in bridging the gap between human and machine.

Active areas of study include speech understanding interfaces, dialog management, assistive technologies, web-accessible user interfaces, and multimodal interaction.

The lab is supported by the Louisiana Board of Regents, the National Science Foundation, and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette.
