I teach regular and research courses in the area of bioinformatics, intelligent systems, and design and analysis of algorithms. These courses along with directed independent studies will prepare students to pursue research leading to Ph. D. dissertations or M. Sc thesis in Bioinformatics. For details view the bioinformatics curriculum.

In addition to these classes, I supervise Ph. D. and M. Sc. thesis and projects. Further, I encourage interested students to sign up for independent research courses in either bioinformatics or intelligent systems..
