Policy on special courses

If you enroll in my course without my prior approval,
you will receive a grade of F. No exceptions.

Effective Spring 2009, I will only allow students who have completed at least one semester of research course (6x9, 590) with me on campus to register for CPT hours.

I will only allow students who have completed at least one regular lecture course with me to enroll in my research course (6x9, 590).

During the summer, I only work with ongoing dissertation and thesis students. Without prior arrangements with me: (i) do not send me email in June or July asking to enroll in a project class; (ii) do not notify me by email that you have already enrolled in my project or thesis or dissertation class.
