ABOUT ME
I received my B.S. degree from Zhejiang University, China in 1996; my M.S. degree in Electrical & Computer Engineering and Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2000 and 2002, respectively. Since then, I have been with the Center for Advanced Computer Studies (CACS), University of Louisiana at Lafayette, where I was promoted to Associate Professor in Summer 2007 and appointed as the Alfred and Helen Lamson Endowed Professor in Computer Science in 2008.
My current research interests focus on wireless and mobile networks, including wireless LANs, mobile ad hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, the next generation wireless systems, and integrated heterogeneous wireless & wired networks. I received NSF CAREER Award in 2004.
