Dr. Joseph Urban, CACS Ph.D. is now a Professor and Chairman at Department of Computer Science, Texas Tech University. He worked at the University of Miami, the University of Southwestern Louisiana and part-time at the University of South Carolina while with the U.S. Army Signal Center, and Arizona State University.
